The herb stripper is a handy little tool for preparing herbs that allows you to separate the leaves from the stem in a flash. It measures a little under 3” x 4” and features 6 holes in graduating diameter, for even the thickest or thinnest herbs. Its flat design makes it easy to store and clean (it’s also dishwasher safe!) so it isn’t taking up room when you’re not using it. This herb stripper features a glossy purple glaze on the front, and is unglazed on the back.
